The Celtic Merchant website
has an electronic shopping cart. As you review our many products, you may
place the items you wish to purchase into the "shopping cart" and our
system will remember your choices until you check out. Here's how it works:
- On each product page you will find a description and
photo of the product, the price and, in some cases, pull-down menus by which
you can choose certain features of the item, such as size, color, etc.
You add items to the cart by pressing the "Order"
button at the bottom of the product's description.
- After you place the item in the cart you can continue
shopping or go to the checkout area.
- After you choose all of the items you wish to purchase,
press the "Check Out" button.
- Once you select "Check Out", you may place
your order securely online (over the Internet) or offline (by telephone,
fax, or mail).
- Celtic Merchant will send you
a confirmation email 1) when we receive your order and 2) when it ships.
In summary, once you have finished

Orders received through this website by 5:00pm MST ship out via UPS or FedEx in 1-2
business days (M-F). Phone orders and International orders ship out in 2-3 business days as this allows for additional
verification and customs documentation required for those orders, if applicable. We will
contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there
will be a significant delay in processing your order.
United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx is our standard method of shipment to all areas
within the United States. 3 Day Select Service are not
available to AK, HI, or US Territories, but 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are
available. Shipments going to APOs and FPOs will be shipped via
the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen. We do NOT ship
to P.O. Boxes.

How to Determine Your
Shipping Cost
Our website calculates shipping real-time
during the ordering process. Shipping cost is determined by several
variables including your address, the weight of the products, shipping box size,
and method of shipping selected. You can view your exact shipping charge
BEFORE entering any credit card information and completing your order. Just follow these steps
to get your shipping cost.

Shipping Policy
All in stock orders are shipped in 1-2 business days if
the order is placed by 5:00pm MST. Out of stock orders are shipped the next business
day after the items arrive here at Celtic Merchant.
UPS and FedEx shipping days are Monday thru Friday. Orders shipped
2nd Day Air on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Orders shipped Next Day Air
on Friday will be delivered on Monday. To

Return Policy
At Celtic Merchant we want to ensure your satisfaction. When
you receive your order, inspect your merchandise right away. If you are
unsatisfied, you can return your merchandise for a refund within 30 days
of the invoice date. Please note: not sending proper identification of
your original order will delay the credit for your return. The following
steps will walk you through the return process.
