Orders

When you subscribe to a newsletter, we may ask for your name and email address
so we can send you the latest news and specials at Celticmerchant. If we ask for

time and date of your visit, and which pages you visit. Celticmerchant cannot
tell exactly who you are, but only, for example, that you were a visitor from
xyz.com, you visited the site on July 22, 2001 and you visited page1.html,
page3.html, and page6.html while you were here.

to the Web site, new Celticmerchant services, and special offers we think you'll

How does Celticmerchant protect customer

When you place an order, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server
software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.
Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against
unauthorized access.
"Opting In" and "Opting
Out" of Mailings
Celticmerchant believes in sending only email notifications to those visitors
who choose to receive periodic notices about new products, special sales, and
interesting news. For that reason, we allow you to choose whether you want to be
on our email list. Throughout the site and on our order form, we provide an area
where you can add your email address to the mailing list (opting in) or remove
it if you decide not to receive them anymore (opting out).
What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your
browser on your computer's hard drive. Celticmerchant may set and access cookies
on your computer if you voluntarily register on our site or if you have
registered with Yahoo! (since Celticmerchant's underlying shopping cart
technology is provided by Yahoo! Stores).
Will Celticmerchant disclose the
information it collects to outside parties?
Celticmerchant does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to
others. If we ever do decide to in the future, we will give you the option
of "opting out" before we do so. Celticmerchant may however, provide
aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related
site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will
include no personal information.
