through this website by 5:00pm MST ship out via UPS or FedEx in 1-2
business days (M-F). Phone orders and International orders ship out in 2-3 business days as this allows for additional
verification and customs documentation required for those orders, if applicable. We will
contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there
will be a significant delay in processing your order.
United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx is our standard method of shipment to all areas
within the United States. 3 Day Select Service are not
available to AK, HI, or US Territories, but 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are
available. Shipments going to APOs and FPOs will be shipped via
the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen. We do NOT ship
to P.O. Boxes.

You may be subject to import
duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no
control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs
policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local
customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from
Celtic Merchant, you are considered the importer of record and must comply
with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the
goods.
Generally, customs forms for
international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product
type. For instance, orders containing CDs, videos, books and software will
generally be listed in a way similar to the following example:
Books value: $29.55
CDs value: $9.95
Video value: $39.95
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how
information about your order is used and shared. We would like our
international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be
aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by
customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain
order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international
carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs
authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local
laws.
If the order is a gift, the
package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated
on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the
gift item directly on the package.
How to Determine Your
Shipping Cost
Our website calculates shipping real-time
during the ordering process. Shipping cost is determined by several
variables including your address, the weight of the products, shipping box size,
and method of shipping selected. You can view your exact shipping charge
BEFORE entering any credit card information and completing your order. Just follow these steps
to get your shipping cost.

Select all the items you would like to
purchase by clicking the Order button on
the product's web page.

Once you have placed all the items you
want in the shopping cart, click the Check Out
button on the Shopping Cart page.

Enter your shipping
information and select a shipping option ( 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, etc), then
click the Continue button.

The next page will show the exact
shipping cost for your order and your grand total. You can always
click the Back button on your browser to
change the shipping options to compare different shipping methods.

Complete the rest of the Billing
Information page and click the Place Order
button to finish the ordering process..
Shipping Policy
All in stock orders are shipped in 1-2 business days if
the order is placed by 5:00pm MST. Out of stock orders are shipped the next business
day after the items arrive here at Celtic Merchant.
UPS and FedEx shipping days are Monday thru Friday. Orders shipped
2nd Day Air on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Orders shipped Next Day Air
on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Optional Saturday Delivery for an
extra $10 during check out.
